Our review is for delivery driver Rico Owens. Rico pays attention to detail and goes above and beyond to recognize our hours of operation and deliver important meds to us within those hours. We have had other delivery drivers in the past that have not paid attention and have left things outside the business door outside of our hours. We are always happy to see Rico walk in our door!!
Very easy process for ordering meds. Start to finish took maybe 3-4 days total. Overnight shipping and all supplies were included and was packed and shipped securely. Very impressed and glad my doctor switched me to this new pharmacy. Definitely sticking with them for future orders.
I've been acquainted with this pharmacy a few years, and I've yet to have a bad experience. This pharmacy is located in Plano TX, and Im in Oklahoma, and the distance concerned me. I thought I'd have late service or the bare minimum, but that's further than the truth. I use their compound facility for my medication, and it's less expensive and gives me the right portion. Any concerns they've laid them to rest. When things were tight, I worried they'd put my prescription on the back burner. Nope, they called my provider and handled the hassle as the middle man, allowing me time to care for other areas of my life. I'll continue doing business with this establishment for obvious reasons. They were great. Autumn answered my call and was amazing. Most times people hang up because I am deaf now she actually called me back when I accidentally hung up on her. That never ever happens!
